Tonight’s show will go ahead as planned. Simply Red’s live cinema broad­cast starts promptly at 8.30pm so you need to be in your seats by then if you don’t want to miss any­thing! It’s going to be a won­der­ful night — we hope you don’t have too much trouble get­ting there and look for­ward to see­ing those of you who make it.

The O2 have con­firmed that they are able to host tonight’s con­cert in spite of the inclement con­di­tions.
The venue is func­tion­ing as nor­mal as are most local pub­lic trans­port links and there are sev­eral thou­sand people at the venue already. We are frus­trated and dis­ap­poin­ted that some people are not able to make the jour­ney but the show will go ahead for the many thou­sands who are able to come.

Simply Red’s final two shows at the O2, tonight and tomor­row, will be going ahead as planned des­pite the weather. Mick and the rest of Simply Red are really look­ing for­ward to per­form­ing and hope most of you who have bought tick­ets will make it to share in this moment­ous occa­sion. There are no repor­ted prob­lems on the Jubilee Under­ground Line at the moment, which goes to the O2 (North Green­wich station).

Please note that tick­ets can­not be returned or refun­ded if people don’t make it to the shows due to the weather.
