I woke up this morning still excited from last night's show, absolutely brilliant as usual. Mick was excellent and so were all the boys in his band. There were a couple of songs on the album that I wasn't keen on but after hearing them live I've been playing them already this morning. Mick did a James Brown tribute song, I think it was called "Cold Sweat" - oh, it was so good I was having a hot sweat! Everyone was up by now, even those on the balcony seats who were still in their seats until then. After that it just got better and better, I love you Micky boy as someone shouted out in the audience, and roll on the Simply Red tour next year, I can't wait.

What an absolutely amazing night. Mick and the band were on FIRE!!!! I was lucky enough to be at Bristol, but my goodness last night was so much better. The energy was incredible!
COLD SWEAT had me in hot flushes.....haven't slept a wink all night! Oh to have this track on my iPod!!!!

Was lucky enough to have seen the rehearsal gig in Bristol which was brilliant with all the tiny last minute errors, but last night in Indigo you just blew me away.Loved it,thank you!Was up in King's Row though, which itself disappointed me and wasn't impressed with the layout. Can't wait for the Mallorca gig!Enjoy the rest of the tour and see you in Palma!

We were in the 'rowdy crowd' and it was amazing. It was a great venue to see this show in and the whole band were at their best. Dave threw the setlist to us and Steve and Pete came out afterwards and we had some pictures taken with them. Wish we were going tonight, so if you are you are in for a real treat!

What a show!! The weather may have been bad, but you were Fantastic Mick your voice was Magical.
I loved all the songs, you and the band were amazing, cannot wait to see you next year.

What a night, Before the show my daughter and I had a drink in a bar near to the Venue, The band were there, they were more than happy to sign autographs and have their pictures taken.
Now for the Show ................... It was SIMPLY BRILLIANT.
Mick held the audience in the palm of his hand. He never fails to hit the spot. I had never heard of Bobby Bland prior to the Album. Must admit it took a few plays, but Mick has not just taken someone else's music and covered it as so many do, he has made them his own.
You are and forever will be Simply the Best.

My second show and oh my! What a venue!! Just perfect for this intimate material.
Well I wasn't disappointed - far from it!!
Mick and the boys gave us the best ever performance, the crowd were up on their feet and raring to go even before the film had finished! As soon as the band were spotted taking their places a roar went up and it never stopped till the last note of the final song!! Fantastic atmosphere and it was quite clear that the guys onstage (especially that awesome Kenji - and he sings too!!) were having as much fun as us - the best!!!
Good to see the band sharing the limelight in Mercy, Mercy, Mercy- thank you Mick, that was thoughtful of you - and it gave you a few minutes break, much needed I'm sure. You just ripped up those songs - don't ask me for a favourite, that's not fair, because ALL of it was simply superb - I too was in a Cold Sweat by the end!!!!
Now looking forward to the SR tour next year - would love to see a few Booby Bland songs included - what about Poverty? Or Farther Up The Road? For those unable to see this tour ....and a "reminder" for those who did (not that I'll ever forget...)

The Indig02 is a lovely venue!!
Tonight's show was on fire!! Again a lost for words!!
I lost my voice tonight..lol and it was well worth it!
The Blues, Mick's voice, along with a stage of well suited men that could also carry a note, was an amazing experience!!! They were all singing their hearts out!! Well done!
Every track performed seemed to be better than the last. I think someone mentioned Mick had the audience in the palm of his hands?? Oh yes, he certainly did!!! Totally blown away!
Hucknall & Band along with seeing many many friends was a treat in itself!
Another night to remember!
Thank You!

After over twenty years of loving simply it was so nice to go to a intimate venue and get up close with Mick and the boys , I was in the "stage row" ..........the music was fantastic, the instrumental bits by the boys were awesom and i agree with everyone else we all got "cold sweat" Mick your voice is soooo sexy........thanks boys for signing autographs and taking the time to chat.

Oh my God! What a fantastic night I had at the 02 indigo on 9/07/08, I had never been there before but what a fantastic venue for Mick to play and be so intimate with everyone, he was truly wonderful!
I had tickets and my husband came with me, and he had the best night we were up the front singing & dancing, and the "Tribute to Bobby" has perfect songs for Micks voice he just blew us away, I have drove everyone insane with my views and my pictures! But I cannot begin to tell what a truly awesome night we had.
Mick & the boys played and sounded wonderful and the whole audience was totally taken over, cannot wait till the next SR tour! Royal Albert Hall was great last year but the 02 indigo is perfection!
