Went on Weds, loved it, and bought tickets on the day for Thurs(10th). As other regulars we met up with had said, the Bobby tribute songs live have a completely different impact than comes over on the album. It really was special but very different to the regular SR concerts. (Post the concerts the album sounds on a different level). Spoke to several of the band (not Mick) both before and after on both nights, they love this music as much as the rest of us. If just comes flooding through watching them on stage. Dave Clayton summed it up outside the Indigo when he referred to the Simply Red 'family'. It really does feel like that, for the band, and for a bunch of very happy 'Sad B**s' that travel all over the place and probably should 'get a life'. Sorry we can't make any more of the Bobby tour, but looking forward to SR in Spain & Portugal. Thanks guys. p.s. Mrs Lewinson is a lovely lady and ever so proud of her boys.

Well it's Sunday afternoon and I still haven't come down from that Cloud Nine since Thursday!!!! Don't think I ever will...
This HAS to be the best ever show from Mick and the Band - can't fault it in any way - and we got extra encores - yes!!!!!! When they came back on and Mick picked up his guitar and launched into Oh! What A Girl! You could hardly hear HIM because WE were all singing along in full voice - fantastic! Even Mick looked overwhelmed at the reception!!!
Then, just as I was starting to feel sad because we'd come to the last song, Lead Me On (my personal favourite - wonderful), knowing this would be the end for me....what a surprise when suddenly Mick turned to the band, gave them a nod and went off into Cold Sweat!!!! That nearly lifted the roof off that stunning venue - I reckon EVERYONE was in a Cold Sweat by the time it ended!
Oh! What A Night! Never to be forgotten - what I wouldn't give to have that on a DVD....please, please, please....
All the very best with the rest of the tour and big thank- yous to you all - I shall be with you in spirit, only wish I could be there in person. But I'll be back next year for the SR tour you can be sure!!

STILL NO VOICE! and tonight's show made it no better!!! I honestly did NOT think the show could get any better! WELL, IT DID! The Indig02 was ABLAZE tonight, with 5 encores to top it off. The audience was on their feet and down in front within a matter of a song or two. Simply Red is and will always be simply the BEST!!, however this new project is something to see! It's an experience!
It's Mick, Dave, Kenji, Ian, Steve, Kevin, & Pete at their best! They could not have given the audience a better performance...Thank You!
Just wondering if anyone caught that move Kenji did?? lol When he raised the guitar like a bow an arrow..and did that shimmy across the stage!
Now that was a man in ORBIT!! HOT!! lol
Hucknall and Co. made an audience extremely happy tonight!! Everyone was dancing & singing, the good vibes were all over the Indig02!! I'm sure it will take us all a while to come back down to earth!
Thanks Again for sharing your passion!

I went to both nights at the Indigo2 and what can I say - it just seems to get better and better. I really love this music and I think Mick is one of the few people who can reproduce live what has been recorded. In fact he usually sounds even better live. I also love the James Brown tributes and hope to hear more - perhaps another project?! Hope Mick will continue to write his own music though as they are fast becoming classics. Can't wait until next year...........and beyond. Thanks Mick and the superb musicians that work with you.

Having just got back to work today, after a week of training in London last week, I can now email my thanks for 2 such terrific nights at the O2. I brought the Wed night ticket and was in the front row, it was so wonderful, you guys were so happy and you all looked like you really had a good time as did all the audience. I had to go back again on Thurs and again I was at the front, it was even more special than the night before. Mick your voice was so beautiful, I can tell you love these songs, you really are the best and I love you. I was so good to meet some of the other fans especially Sue and Dave, who I ended up sitting and standing with on both nights, hope to see you guys again, perhaps soon, who knows.
